The legal basis we use for the processing is for the performance of a contract and to meet our legal obligations The data we collect may include the following, in accordance with the role you hold or the purposes for which you have provided the information;

- Job title
- Contact details, including company address, email address and contact telephone number(s)

This information is retained for the duration of your use of our service(s) plus 6 years thereafter, other than where there is a legal requirement to retain it for longer in accordance with a specified role or purpose as per the requirements of our data retention policy.
3. How is your information stored and accessed?
Your information is stored and processed using the Quest Medical secure servers and cloud-based applications. Access to this information is only provided to the following:
- Employees of Quest Medical who are responsible for conducting services in relation to your enquiry or contract.
4. How will Quest Medical use your information?
Quest Medical will use your personal information to maintain accurate records for contacting you for the following purposes;
- To deliver business services as per contractual requirements
- To answer service enquiries
- To deal with feedback regarding our services
- To keep you updated with news about Quest Medical
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Quest Medical will not sell or disclose your information to third parties other than those needed to meet contractual or legal obligations.

- To law enforcement agencies & authorities to prevent and detect criminal activity - this excludes private investigators. Quest Medical will not disclose Personal Data in this instance.

- You may have your data erased from our systems when we have no legal reason for retaining it.
