James has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare operations, beginning his career as a mobile service engineer. He quickly advanced to Operations Manager at CMC International, where he oversaw the UK’s largest mobile medical fleet at the time.

In 2008, James co-founded Quest Medical. Under his strategic vision and innovative leadership, Quest has grown into the UK’s leading provider of Healthcare Infrastructure solutions, covering specialist logistics, engineering, and asset lifecycle management services.

Guided by a strong patient-first ethos, James has been at the forefront of industry leading innovation, playing a key role in establishing new standards for multi-site vendors, optimising procedures and introducing bespoke digital platforms that drive increased value and continuous development of services. His forward thinking approach has driven the adoption of advanced healthcare product management technologies.
