    Director of OEM Services

    With a background in diagnostic imaging and equipment management, Jim has over two decades of technical and leadership experience. As Director of OEM Services at Quest Medical, he oversees service partnerships, equipment lifecycle support, and operational performance improvement.

    Head of Specialist Logistics

    With over 25 years of experience in medical logistics, Simon has advanced from driver to Head of Logistics, and now Head of Specialist Logistics at Quest. He excels in strategic operational planning, leading high-performing teams, and delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant solutions for complex deliveries. His leadership focuses on implementing innovative logistics strategies, ensuring regulatory adherence including healthcare and hazardous materials standards, and consistently achieving service excellence across specialised transport solutions.
